Ordering and proofing your personalized corporate stationery and marketing collateral is simple and fast through Dupli's unique online system. Online proofs can be generated in a matter of minutes and Dupli supplies online and email confirmation as well as the ability to save or track your orders.

Q: What is the normal delivery time?
A: All orders are shipped in 5-7 days from OK'd proof. Rush orders will be handled on an individual basis. Please call customer service at 800.724.2477 and we will be glad to help
Q: What if I want to order something that is not set up online?
A:Items that are not set up online can be ordered offline as non-catalog items. If it is an item that will repeat on a regular basis we can set up new templates depending on need.
Q: What other services does Dupli offer?

Q: If I am looking for assistance on the site where do I go?
A: With all the screens you will be working within you will have the need help area to reference. Simply click on the button click here and a pop-up screen will appear with additional direction. Within the same area you will have access to FAQs and a User Guide that summarizes the process to use the system.

Q: I noticed a mistake on my proof. Can it be corrected?
A:If edits are necessary, make changes in the imprint fields and click the View Proof button again at the bottom of the input fields to see your revisions.
Q: Are certain fields required when filling out the input screens for the business cards?
A: Yes. These fields are marked with a red asterisk. If you do not complete one of these fields the system will prompt you to complete before proceeding.
Q: If I am not ready to submit my order, can it be saved and submitted later?
A: If you are not ready to submit the order, you can save the order by clicking Save Order at the bottom of the checkout page. When you are ready to access this order again, you will click on the Order Admin tab at the top of your page (directly to the right of the Create Order tab). Within Order Admin, you will find a link for Saved Orders. By clicking on Saved Orders you will be able to access your saved order.
Q: How do I make a change on my business cards after the order has been submitted?
A: Contact Dupli Customer Service rep Doug Sprague at 315.234.7288 dsprague@duplionline.com as soon as possible. Changes need to be made before the job is processed. If your cards are already printed, Dupli is unable to make the change.
Q: What does the Basic Search function under Order Admin allow for?
A: This allows you to quickly search for orders placed in the last few days or to simply search by the number of most recent orders you have placed.
